An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Japanese "B2" Movie Poster (measures 20 1/4" x 28 5/8" [51 x 73 cm])
"Jaws," directed by Steven Spielberg in 1975, is a suspenseful thriller centered around the coastal town of Amity Island. When a giant great white shark begins terrorizing the waters, Chief Martin Brody (played by Roy Scheider) teams up with marine biologist Matt Hooper (played by Richard Dreyfuss) and the grizzled shark hunter Quint (played by Robert Shaw) to hunt down the deadly predator. Condition report: good to very good. There is a very light horizontal crease across the poster at upper and lower center from it being stored with posters that were tri-folded and there is some slight darkening along those "waves". There is wear and fine surface paper loss in portions of the right and left blue borders and there is lesser wear along the other two edges. There are tiny creases along portions of the lower "wave" and there are a few dot stains in the upper third portion of the poster.
