Rock-a-Doodle is a 1991 animated musical comedy film directed by Don Bluth. The story follows Chanticleer, a rooster whose crowing is believed to bring up the sun each day. When he leaves the farm in shame after being tricked by the evil Grand Duke of Owls, darkness falls over the land. A young boy named Edmond is transformed into a kitten and enters the animated world to find Chanticleer and bring him back to save the day. Mixing live-action and animation, the film features colorful visuals, slapstick humor, and musical numbers, with Glen Campbell providing the voice of Chanticleer. Though it received mixed reviews, it developed a small cult following among fans of 90s animation.
