The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant (1971) Original Folded Movie Poster 27x41

The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant (1971) is a low-budget sci-fi horror film starring Bruce Dern and Casey Kasem. It centers on a mad scientist who grafts the head of a violent man onto the body of a mentally disabled giant, creating a lumbering, murderous creature with two conflicting minds. With drive-in appeal, garish visuals, and an outrageous premise, the film leans into exploitation territory while delivering a mix of horror, shock, and bizarre pathos. Condition: Pre-Owned Good fair shape, some pinholes and wear around folds, about a 2' tear in one fold and a smaller one in another
