Autopsy (1975), also known as Macchie solari, is an Italian giallo-horror film set in Rome during a rash of mysterious suicides linked to intense solar flares. A morgue pathologist, played by Mimsy Farmer, becomes entangled in a disturbing investigation when it's suspected that some of the deaths are actually murders. As she partners with a former priest to uncover the truth, the line between science, religion, and madness begins to blur.
