Original 1984 Transformers "Megatron" Animation Cel + Pictureframe

Animation cels are transparent sheets used in traditional hand-drawn animation to create individual frames of a scene. Each cel typically features a character or object painted in opaque colors on one side of the acetate sheet, while backgrounds are painted separately and placed behind the cels during filming. By layering multiple cels and photographing them frame by frame, animators could create the illusion of movement. This process was widely used in animated films and TV shows throughout most of the 20th century before digital animation took over. Original cels from classic animations are now considered valuable collectibles and pieces of animation history.
