An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Style B One-Sheet Movie Poster one-sheet measuring 27" x 41"

"Return of the Jedi," released in 1983 and directed by Richard Marquand, is the third installment of the original Star Wars trilogy. The film follows the Rebel Alliance's final battle against the Galactic Empire, culminating in a confrontation between Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and Darth Vader (David Prowse, voiced by James Earl Jones). Notable stars include Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, and Billy Dee Williams as Lando Calrissian.

Note that this poster does not have full NSS information in the bottom border. Starting sometime in the late 1970s, both the National Screen Service and the movie studios would sometimes print posters for the same film. Both posters would have the same images and art but the studio-printed posters would lack the NSS identification information normally found at the bottom of posters printed by the National Screen Service. The poster offered here was printed by Universal, lacks full NSS information and is 100% original!

Condition: Very Good. The poster has light creases in a few areas and some fine surface paper loss along portions of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this time period). There are a few light scuffs in the credits and there are some tiny compression marks at upper right. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well!
