The Apple Dumpling Gang is a 1975 Disney western comedy about a gambler named Russell Donovan who unexpectedly becomes the guardian of three orphaned children. The kids discover a massive gold nugget, which brings trouble as outlaws and greedy townspeople try to get their hands on it. Along the way, Donovan teams up with two clumsy outlaws, played by Don Knotts and Tim Conway, leading to plenty of laughs and misadventures.
