Yesyears: A Retrospective (1991) Laserdisc

Yesyears is a 1991 rockumentary by Yes, released on VHS and LaserDisc alongside a four-CD box set. It covers the band’s early history from 1969 up through the Union era of 1991. Featuring interviews with all eight members at the time—Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman, Bill Bruford, Alan White, Trevor Rabin and Tony Kaye—it mixes live and archival footage, behind-the-scenes studio moments, classic music videos and tour highlights. The film runs just over two hours and includes performances of fan favorites like “Roundabout,” “Heart of the Sunrise,” “Owner of a Lonely Heart” and “Close to the Edge.”
